STREETSTYLE – MADRID
In my spare time I find myself spending most of that time checking others peoples styles – their streetstyle in particular. I’ve been using my Pinterest account very effusively trying to get myself a good album with street styles from all over the world, one pin then two pins then 355 pins!!!
Now I want to go even further and I want to create my own pins (just searching the web, no time to take the camera and be adventurous…give me a little bit more time though and who knows…). So I’ve created this new section on my blog that is going to be just about street style from around the world and every post will be focused on one city.
The first stop for the street style check is Madrid, why? Very simple…I’m from Madrid and after a break of 7 years living in Dublin I’m very happy to come back to the big city, a city that doesn’t sleep, a vibrant multicultural city, a city with good weather and of course a city with lots and lots of shops.
I hope you enjoy the selection I’ve made of street style of the city of Madrid and…
Black is always a winner but add neon runners to it and you will be the urban queen
Oranges, browns, yellows, greens. Combine earthy colors together and you will get it right.
Great winter outfit, although I’m not a huge fan of big hats, I love everything else, the coat, handbag, runners…even the socks!
Combine a skirt like this one with leather jacket and some urban leather brown boots and you will have the perfect outfit to go anywhere around Madrid.
Simple and casual, love the warm scarf.
Love the kimono-blouse and check the little clutch, yes it is so small that it just can fit her phone, but it is just so cute.

Grey tones for my winter clothes? Yes, but give me a little bit of color please, days are grey enough.

This jacket just remind me a little bit the new tribal patterns that are very trendy at the moment. Get something tribal in your closet right now!

I choose this outfit because I have a pair of trousers similar to those…and I love them and they are very comfortable :D
Which style do you like the most from the above? I’d also love to hear which city you’d like me to turn my eye to for the next street style post – I’m now taking requests :) Oh, and if you have any photos of you wearing some of our LadyUmbrella t-shirts please send them to me for a special fan based LadyUmbrella street style! Ole..
