Here at LadyUmbrella we live by the saying “the customer is king”. We ensure that every order we send out meets our high standards and keeps you, our customer, happy. However, each customer is entitled to a 7 day grace period to return an unworn/unopened item for a full no questions asked refund. We will refund your card once we have received and processed the item. We will only refund delivery/postage costs if the return is a result of our error.

We will reply to your query within 48 hours (although it will probably be a lot quicker than that) outlining your concerns and we will resolve the issue with you swiftly.
